MUST PROGRAM CERTIFICATES

 

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY CERTIFICATE IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION – (PCCOA)

 
 

                1. WHAT IS IT FOR YOU

The objective of the programme is to train office administrators, managers, executives, and supervisors to be professionally competent, effective and efficient in carrying out their jobs, and as a result provides better avenue for planned and structured career development. Upon completion of the programme you will be awarded a professional certificate of Professional Competency Certificate in Office Administration (PCCOA).

 

2. FOR WHOM

The programme is designed for managers, executives, supervisors, and office administrators, with the technical, managerial, or professional background, who want to improve their performance, and thus provide better platform for long term career development.

3. ENTRY QUALIFICATION

1.   A degree in any field with a minimum 3 years of working experiences; Or

2.   A diploma in any field with a minimum of 5 years experience

(Those who do not meet the above requirement can be considered through a test and an interview)

4. PROGRAMME DURATION

1.  The programme will be conducted on Saturdays and/or Sundays over a three-month period (12 days).

2.  For specially tailored in-house training programme, classes can be conducted in the evening from 6pm-9pm, twice a week.

3.   Programme will commence in July, 2010. Only limited number of places are available.

 5. FEE

The fee is RM6,750-00 (Ringgit Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) per participant.
